Running for 400 metres doesn’t sound like much of a challenge, does it? But what if you were to run those 400m in a difference of altitude of 135m?
Well, this race will put some strain on your calves, quads… and endurance.
Red Bull 400 was born to conquer the most spectacular ski jumping hills across Europe and North America and, for the third time in Italy, in Val di Fiemme, in the Ski Jumping Stadium G. Dal Ben of Predazzo, will push the sprinters of all over the world over their limits.
The award-winning athletes will be the runners able to reach the top of the ski jumping hill in the shortest time possible. A very tough run with a max incline of 78% along just 400 metres.
Participants can compete in the individual or relay category (4 x 100m) and will have to face the qualifying batteries to reach the final of the best 50 of each category.
Warm up your leg muscles, Red Bull 400 is running to Val di Fiemme!
