Welcome to the page regarding the general terms and conditions of registration and sale (hereinafter, the "General Terms and Conditions") on the Endu platform (hereinafter, the "Platform" or "Endu"), available from: (i) the website endu.net (hereinafter, the "Website"); (ii) through the "Endu" application for devices with Android and iOS operating systems (hereinafter, the "Application"); (iii) from third-party websites (for example, event organizers) via embedding or similar techniques. The Platform is provided by Endu S.r.l., VAT No. 02804190342, registered at the Companies Register of Parma, REA No. PR - 268324, with registered office at Via Falcone 30/A, 43121 Parma (PR), email address info@endu.net.
The General Terms and Conditions do not apply outside the Platform.
General and Summary Information
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions are addressed to the users of the Platform (hereinafter, the "Users") and govern the sale and provision of products and services through Endu. In particular, through the Platform it is possible to:
register for sports events and competitions (hereinafter, the "Events") managed and organized by third parties;
become a member of sports clubs, associations, or federations;
purchase products and services sold directly by Endu through the Platform;
purchase products and services sold by third-party suppliers through the Platform.
1.2 Users may be natural persons or legal entities (for example, associations); in any case, registration on Endu is required for any purchase, by accepting the relevant terms of use (https://www.endu.net/it/terms). In the case of natural persons, the purchase of any good or service through Endu is reserved exclusively to those who are at least 18 years old. If the purchase is made by a natural person who qualifies as a consumer, the related contract is deemed to have been concluded at a distance pursuant to articles 45 et seq. of the Consumer Code (i.e., Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005).
A) Registration for Sports Events and Competitions through Endu
1.3 In the case referred to in Art. 1.1) under letter a), the registration (i.e., the entitlement that grants the right to participate in the Event; hereinafter, the "Registration") is sold by Endu in the name and on behalf of the event organizers (hereinafter, the "Organizers"), as identified from time to time through the Website and the Application. N.B. Endu is a different entity from the Organizer but manages, in the name and on behalf of the latter, the online sale of Registrations. The number, price, and type of Registrations available for purchase through the Platform are determined independently by the Organizer. The contract concluded between the User and the Organizer is governed by:
these General Terms and Conditions;
the information provided to the User during the purchase flow before the order is submitted;
the Event regulations (hereinafter, the "Regulations") prepared by the Organizer and submitted for acceptance to the User during the purchase flow;
any additional documentation independently submitted by the Organizer to the User and accepted by the latter.
1.4 Participation in sports Events requires acceptance of the sports regulations (as well as the waivers contained therein) prepared and applied from time to time by the Organizers; Endu merely makes such documents available through the Platform at the Organizer's request, without exercising any control over their content, which is independently determined and applied by the Organizer; therefore, Endu cannot be held in any way responsible for the correctness of the Event rules. The Regulations and related documents will be submitted for the User's approval during the Registration purchase process. Endu invites Users to carefully read the content of such documents before approving them, as they impose on Event participants additional and different legal obligations from those arising from the acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions, as well as grounds for exclusion from the Event not provided for in the General Terms and Conditions.
1.5 Endu is not a party to the contract between the Organizer and the User but, by virtue of the mandate received from the Organizer, may carry out certain activities on behalf of the latter, such as collecting payments and sending communications.
1.6 Registration may be free or paid; whether the Registration is paid or free is indicated at the beginning of the purchase process. For paid Registrations, the User is required to pay:
the registration fee owed by the User to the Organizer for the purchase of the Registration (hereinafter, the "Registration Fee");
where applied by Endu, the service fee (hereinafter, the "Service Fee") owed by the User to Endu for the use of the Platform (and in particular the registration and management data service) for the purposes of registration.
B) Membership with Sports Clubs, Associations, or Federations through Endu
1.7 The Platform allows membership (membership means the establishment of an associative or other type of relationship with a sports body) with sports clubs, associations, or federations (hereinafter, the "Sports Body").
1.8 Endu is not a party to the associative or other type of relationship established, as a result of membership, between the member on one side and the Sports Body on the other; these General Terms and Conditions therefore do not govern the rights and obligations arising from the establishment of such a relationship. N.B. Membership may entail rights and obligations for the member arising from the establishment of an associative or other type of relationship with the Sports Body. In this regard, Endu merely provides the Platform for membership, remaining entirely unrelated to the independent associative or other type of relationship with the Sports Body. It is the User's sole responsibility to verify the conditions and legal consequences arising from membership. Endu does not carry out any verification of the information provided by the Sports Body through the Platform or other channels regarding the conditions governing membership and its effects.
1.9 Without prejudice to the above, Endu may carry out certain activities on behalf of the Sports Body, such as collecting payments and sending communications.
1.10 Membership may be free or paid. If paid, the User is required to pay:
the fee owed by the User to the Sports Body for membership (hereinafter, the "Membership Fee");
where independently applied by Endu, the service fee (hereinafter, the "Service Fee") owed by the User to Endu for the use of the Platform (and in particular the registration and data management service for membership) for membership purposes.
1.11 The Membership Fee is determined and applied by the Sports Body under its sole responsibility.
C) Sale of Products and Services through Endu
1.12 During the registration process through Endu, the User may add to their cart and purchase goods and services provided directly by Endu or by third-party suppliers identified from time to time in the purchase flow (hereinafter, the "Third-Party Suppliers").
1.13 In the case of products and services (additional and different from the registration and membership service) sold directly by Endu, the sales or supply relationship with the User is governed by these General Terms and Conditions, as well as by any additional contractual information provided to the User during the purchase flow.
1.14 In the case of goods or services sold or provided by a Third-Party Supplier, the latter may be the Organizer itself or another entity. In any case, the contract is concluded directly between the Third-Party Supplier and the User. These General Terms and Conditions are limited to governing the use of the Platform for the purchase of products and services sold by the Third-Party Supplier. The contract between the Third-Party Supplier and the User is governed by:
the sales and supply terms applied from time to time by the Third-Party Supplier and submitted for acceptance to the User during the purchase flow;
the information provided to the User by the Third-Party Supplier during the purchase flow;
any additional documentation independently submitted by the Third-Party Supplier to the User and accepted by the latter.
1.15 Endu is not a party to the sales and supply relationship established through the Platform between the Third-Party Supplier and the User; however, Endu may carry out certain activities on behalf of the Third-Party Suppliers, such as collecting payments and sending communications. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Endu does not carry out any review of the sales terms and contractual information entered in the purchase flow at the request of the Third-Party Supplier. Any issue or dispute related to the content and application of such sales and supply terms, as well as other contractual information, shall be resolved directly between the Third-Party Supplier and the User.
1.16 The purchase of goods or services offered by Endu or by Third-Party Suppliers through the Platform always entails, unless otherwise provided, the obligation to pay an additional consideration in addition to the Registration Fee (and/or the Membership Fee) and the Service Fee, where applicable.
2) Scope of Application and Amendment of the General Terms and Conditions
2.1 The General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Endu and the Organizer on one side and the User on the other, within the limits set out in Article 1); the relationship is governed by the General Terms and Conditions in the version published and accepted by the User at the time the order is submitted. Before submitting the order, the User is required to carefully read all information provided during the purchase or registration flow, as well as to review and approve the General Terms and Conditions. By clicking the order submission button, the User confirms acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions.
2.2 These General Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time. New versions will be published from time to time on the Website and within the Application.
3) Submission and Acceptance of Orders and Membership Requests through Endu
3.1 To purchase products and services or to become a member through the Platform, an Endu account is required; to open an account, the User must follow the relevant procedure through the Website or the Application, provide correct, truthful, and personally relevant data, and accept Endu's terms of use.
3.2 In accordance with Legislative Decree No. 70 of April 9, 2003, Endu informs the User that to purchase one or more products or services through the Platform, the User must follow the designated electronic purchase flow, following the instructions that will appear from time to time within the Platform. The User is invited to begin the registration procedure only after having read the Event Regulations (or, if applicable, the membership conditions) and having gathered the information and authorizations necessary to complete the procedure, with regard to payment information (card number, etc.), personal data of the persons to be registered, consent to the registration of any third-party registrants, etc.
3.3 Before submitting the order, the User will view a summary page of the order content, with a precise indication of the main contractual information and financial obligations arising from the order submission (fees, payment terms, identification of the Organizer, Sports Body, and any Third-Party Suppliers, any delivery methods and terms, return and withdrawal conditions, where applicable, etc.). The Platform always allows the User, before submission, to correct and/or modify their data, as well as the products and services selected. The User will also be free to choose the preferred payment method among those available from time to time on the Platform.
3.4 The User warrants that the data and information provided during the purchase flow are correct, complete, and truthful, with the consequent obligation to indemnify and hold harmless Endu, the Organizer, the Sports Body, and/or the Third-Party Suppliers against any damage, claim for compensation, or penalty arising from the breach of the aforementioned warranty. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the Organizer reserves the right to exclude the registered person from participation in the Event if the data provided by the User are not correct, without any right to a refund arising from such exclusion and without prejudice to any other legal consequences.
3.5 The order may be submitted by the User by clicking the designated virtual button within the Platform. The submission of the order constitutes a purchase proposal. The information on prices and product availability is indicative and does not constitute a binding offer. If, due to an error, a product is unavailable or has a different price from the one indicated, the User's order cannot be accepted. The contract shall be deemed concluded upon Endu's sending, to the address indicated by the User, of an email confirming the order, with a summary of the main contractual information (essential characteristics of the good or service, detailed price indication, payment method used, reference to contractual documentation, delivery costs, if applicable, possible existence of the right of withdrawal, channels for requesting assistance or filing complaints). The accepted order will be stored by Endu on its IT systems and made available to the User in the personal area of their Endu account.
3.6 By submitting the order, the User confirms full acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions as well as, as applicable, the Regulations, the sales terms applied by the Third-Party Suppliers, and any further documentation submitted for approval during the purchase flow. The User also acknowledges and accepts that the submission of the order (and consequent acceptance thereof) entails the obligation to pay all amounts indicated on the order summary page within the terms and methods specified therein.
3.7 Endu reserves the right to communicate the refusal or cancellation of orders from Users who violate or have violated these General Terms and Conditions, as well as the Endu account terms of use, or of orders for which payment of amounts due fails for any reason. All other remedies provided by law and/or these General Terms and Conditions are reserved.
3.8 Once the membership request is received from the User, Endu will confirm its acceptance on behalf of the Sports Body. The User is informed that, despite formal acceptance, in the event of incorrect data entry, lack of the subjective requirements demanded by the Sports Body, or for other reasons provided in the internal rules of the Sports Body, the latter may nonetheless consider the associative or other relationship with the Sports Body null or otherwise invalid, without any liability on the part of Endu.
4) Registrations on Behalf of Third Parties
4.1 Through the Platform, the User may register a third person for an Event or with a Sports Body through membership.
4.2 In such case, the User warrants that they are authorized by any title to:
register the third party through the Platform;
provide the third party's personal data for purposes related to registration, as set out in the privacy notice of the Organizer or Sports Body;
approve, in the name and on behalf of the third party, the documentation containing the sports event rules (Regulations, etc.) or the Sports Body rules;
confirm, in the name and on behalf of the interested third party, any privacy consents or authorizations required for participation in the Event (for example, authorization for video and photographic recordings of the Event) or membership.
4.3 The registration of minors may be carried out only by those exercising parental authority or with their explicit consent.
4.4 By registering any third party, the User warrants that the registered persons are aware of the Event or Sports Body rules and accept them, with particular regard to participation requirements and the related risks and obligations. The User is also required to provide the registered persons (or their representatives) with a copy of all relevant documentation relating to participation in the Event or membership, including the Regulations, registration confirmation, waivers, and the privacy notices referred to in the following Article 15).
4.5 The User undertakes to indemnify and hold harmless Endu and its commercial partners, including the Organizers and Sports Bodies, from any detrimental consequence (claims for compensation, administrative penalties, etc.) arising from the breach of the obligations and warranties set out in this article.
5) Cancellation of Registration and Withdrawal
5.1 Unless otherwise provided in the Regulations, the possibility of cancelling the Event Registration is expressly excluded. Consequently, any amounts paid by the User for the Registration are non-refundable, subject to the provisions of Articles 12) and 13) and to any additional favorable conditions that the Organizer may, at its sole discretion, decide to apply.
5.2 Where applicable, the Consumer has the right of withdrawal pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code (i.e., Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005). Pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1, letter n) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded in the case of service contracts relating to leisure activities, if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance. Since the Events are to be considered as leisure activities and take place at the date and time set by the Organizer, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the Registration. The right of withdrawal may also be excluded with reference to products and services sold through the Platform by the Third-Party Supplier in the cases provided for by Article 59 of the Consumer Code.
5.3 Where the right of withdrawal applies, the Consumer may exercise it, without providing any reason, within 14 days from: (i) the day of conclusion of the contract, in the case of service contracts; (ii) the day on which the Consumer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the Consumer, acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must send Endu, at the addresses indicated in Article 18), an explicit declaration of the decision to withdraw from the contract. The Consumer may use the withdrawal form as per Annex I, part B, of Legislative Decree 21/2014 or any other explicit statement, to be sent to Endu by the deadline indicated above. Endu will promptly confirm receipt of the withdrawal request. In the event of withdrawal, the Consumer shall be refunded by Endu, where the amount has already been collected, all amounts paid, using the same payment method used for the original transaction, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.
5.4 For memberships, the conditions and effects of any withdrawal from the associative or other relationship with the Sports Body are governed by the provisions established by the Sports Body; Endu, as a mere provider of the Platform for membership, is not a party to the associative or other relationship with the Sports Body and, consequently, is not the addressee of any withdrawal from such relationship. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any requests for refund of the Membership Fee and/or the Service Fee, if paid, shall be forwarded to Endu and managed in accordance with the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions.
6) Additional Costs and Charges
6.1 Endu informs the User that the purchase of the Registration, the Membership, and/or goods and services through the Platform may entail the obligation to bear additional costs and charges that will be clearly communicated before the order is submitted, by way of example: administrative and tax charges, charges related to the Event insurance, costs for add-on services, delivery and shipping costs for physical products, costs for credit card or payment system surcharges, where applicable and permitted by law.
7) Payment Methods
7.1 To complete the purchase transaction, the User may use the payment methods available from time to time on the Platform. The amounts payable may be charged at the time of the order or at a later time, as indicated during the purchase flow.
7.2 Payments made by credit or debit card are processed through certified external service providers. Endu does not store the User's credit card data.
7.3 For certain Events or products, the Organizer or Third-Party Supplier may allow deferred payment in installments; such possibility and the related conditions will be communicated to the User during the purchase flow.
8) Participation in Events
8.1 The User is responsible for verifying that they meet, or that the persons registered on their behalf meet, all the participation requirements set out in the Regulations and in any additional documentation provided by the Organizer (for example, medical certificates, minimum age, etc.). Failure to meet even one of the participation requirements may result in exclusion from the Event by the Organizer, without any right to a refund of the amounts paid.
8.2 The Registration entitles participation in the Event only to the person whose details were provided during the registration flow. The Registration is strictly personal and non-transferable, unless otherwise provided in the Regulations. Any transfer of the Registration in violation of this provision or of the Regulations is not enforceable against the Organizer or Endu and may constitute grounds for exclusion from the Event. The Organizer may also decide, at its sole discretion, to allow the transfer or change of name in the Registration under conditions to be determined from time to time.
8.3 During the Event, participants are required to comply with the Regulations and with the instructions issued by the Organizer and by the authorities in charge of public safety. Failure to comply with such provisions may result in exclusion from the Event, without any right to a refund.
9) Gift Cards
9.1 Through the Platform, the User may purchase gift cards (hereinafter, the "Gift Cards") that may be used for the purchase of Registrations or other products and services available on the Platform, within the limits and according to the conditions communicated during the purchase process.
9.2 Gift Cards are not refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are subject to a validity period indicated at the time of purchase. Unused amounts after the expiry date will not be refunded.
9.3 Endu reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions applicable to Gift Cards, informing Users through the Website and/or the Application.
10) Product Delivery Methods
10.1 In the case of physical products purchased through the Platform, the delivery methods (costs, times, conditions) will be communicated to the User during the purchase flow and before the order is submitted.
10.2 Delivery is made to the address indicated by the User during the purchase process. The User is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. In the event of failed delivery due to the User's fault (incorrect address, absence of the recipient, etc.), any additional shipping costs will be borne by the User.
10.3 Endu shall not be liable for delays or non-delivery attributable to the carrier or to force majeure events.
11) Legal and Contractual Warranties
11.1 Products sold through the Platform by Endu are covered by the legal warranty of conformity pursuant to Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code. The warranty of conformity applies to the Consumer and covers any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery that becomes apparent within two years from delivery.
11.2 In the event of a lack of conformity, the Consumer is entitled to have the goods brought into conformity free of charge, by repair or replacement, unless the remedy requested is objectively impossible or disproportionate. The Consumer may also request a proportionate reduction of the price or termination of the contract if: (i) repair or replacement is not possible; (ii) the seller has not carried out the repair or replacement; (iii) the lack of conformity is so serious as to justify an immediate reduction or termination.
11.3 Any lack of conformity must be reported to Endu within two months of its discovery. Endu will promptly process the report and communicate the outcome to the Consumer.
11.4 In the case of products sold by Third-Party Suppliers, the legal warranty of conformity is provided by the Third-Party Supplier, which is exclusively responsible for it. Endu may assist the User in forwarding the report but assumes no liability for the outcome of the procedure.
11.5 Commercial warranties, if any, offered by manufacturers or Third-Party Suppliers are in addition to the legal warranty and are governed by the conditions indicated from time to time by the relevant entities.
12) Postponed or Cancelled Events
12.1 Events are organized and managed by the Organizers under their exclusive responsibility. Endu does not organize Events and has no control over their execution, postponement, or cancellation.
12.2 In the event of postponement, the Organizer will establish the new date and conditions of participation, informing the participants accordingly. Unless otherwise communicated by the Organizer, the Registration remains valid for the new date.
12.3 In the event of Event cancellation, the Organizer will determine the refund conditions according to the Event Regulations. Endu will implement the refund provisions communicated by the Organizer.
12.4 Endu shall not be liable for any damages suffered by the User as a result of the postponement, cancellation, or modification of Events, as these decisions fall under the exclusive responsibility of the Organizer.
13) Refunds
13.1 Any refund of amounts paid by the User for the Registration or for products and services purchased through the Platform is subject to the conditions set out in these General Terms and Conditions, in the Event Regulations, and in the sales terms of the Third-Party Suppliers.
13.2 Without prejudice to the mandatory provisions of the Consumer Code (where applicable), the refund of the Registration Fee is the exclusive responsibility of the Organizer, which determines its conditions. Endu, on behalf of the Organizer, will process the refund in accordance with the provisions communicated by the Organizer. Where applicable, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, within the timeframe indicated by the Organizer.
13.3 The Service Fee paid to Endu is non-refundable, unless otherwise expressly established by Endu for specific Events or circumstances.
13.4 For products and services sold by Third-Party Suppliers, the refund is subject to the conditions established by the Third-Party Supplier. Endu may assist the User in forwarding the refund request but assumes no liability for the outcome of the process.
13.5 In any case, any refund will be processed after verification by Endu and/or the Organizer, the Sports Body, or the Third-Party Supplier, as applicable, of the legitimacy of the request.
14) Limitations of Liability
14.1 Endu acts as a technology provider and intermediary for online registration and sales through the Platform. Therefore, unless otherwise specified in these General Terms and Conditions, Endu is not liable for:
the organization, management, and execution of Events, including changes to the program, route, date, or any other aspect of the Event;
injuries, damages, losses, or harm of any nature suffered by participants during or in connection with Events;
the quality, conformity, and delivery of products and services sold by Third-Party Suppliers;
the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by the Organizers, Sports Bodies, or Third-Party Suppliers through the Platform.
14.2 Endu is not liable for:
temporary unavailability or malfunctions of the Platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events;
the correctness and completeness of data and information entered by the User on the Platform;
third-party conduct that may constitute an offense or infringement;
damages resulting from unauthorized access to the User's data caused by cyber attacks or other unlawful conduct by third parties against the Website;
the fulfillment of obligations by third parties who may offer commercial warranties on the products for sale on the Website.
14.3 Furthermore, any liability of Endu is excluded for acts and conduct exclusively attributable to the Organizer, the Sports Body, and/or the Third-Party Supplier, or otherwise related to the proper performance of the relationship between the User and such parties, with respect to which Endu remains uninvolved.
14.4 Endu cannot be held liable for unlawful processing of personal data attributable to the Organizer, the Sports Body, and/or the Third-Party Supplier in their capacity as independent Data Controllers as provided for in the following Article 15), or to any further parties to whom the latter may communicate the personal data provided by the User.
15) Waivers for Video and Photographic Recordings of the Event
15.1 The User acknowledges that the Organizer may, at its discretion, arrange for photographic and video recordings of the Event and its participants, including through its commercial partners and/or service providers. Such recordings may be used for the purposes indicated in the Regulations and related documentation; for example, for the purpose of reporting, documenting, and promoting the Event on the Organizer's website and those of its commercial partners and/or for commercial purposes to allow participants to purchase Event photos and videos through dedicated online services provided by the Organizer or its commercial partners. For further information regarding the possible presence of video and photographic recordings at the Event and the related purposes, the User is invited to review the content of the Regulations and related documentation.
15.2 By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the User declares and warrants that the persons registered through the Platform (including, where applicable, the User themselves) grant, also through their representatives, a broad waiver for the use of their image captured in the context of the Event for the purposes identified in the Regulations and related documentation.
15.3 The breach of the aforementioned warranty constitutes a serious breach of the General Terms and Conditions and obliges the User to indemnify and hold harmless Endu, the Organizer, and their commercial partners from any damage, penalty, or third-party claim in any way connected to the absence or invalidity of the waivers relating to the video and photographic recordings of the Event for the purposes indicated in the Regulations and related documentation.
16) Privacy
16.1 Endu informs the User that the personal data provided during the registration or purchase flow will be processed as independent Data Controllers pursuant to the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 by:
the Organizer, for the performance of the relationship relating to Event registration and for the pursuit of any further purposes identified in the Organizer's privacy notice;
the Sports Body, for the performance of the relationship arising from membership and for the pursuit of any further purposes identified in the Sports Body's privacy notice;
Endu S.r.l., for the sale and provision of its own products and services (for example, for the application of the Service Fee relating to the sale of Registrations) and for the pursuit of the further purposes identified in Endu's Privacy Policy;
the Third-Party Supplier, for the performance of the relationship relating to the sale of products or services through the Platform and for the pursuit of any further purposes identified in the Third-Party Supplier's privacy notice.
16.2 Where necessary for the pursuit of certain purposes (for example, marketing purposes), the User may be asked to provide specific privacy consents during the registration or purchase flow.
16.3 As an independent Data Controller in the case provided for in the preceding Article 15.1, letter c), Endu acts in accordance with its own Privacy Policy, which the User confirms having read by accepting these General Terms and Conditions.
16.4 Furthermore, Endu, as the Platform manager and in order to enable the Organizers, Sports Bodies, and Third-Party Suppliers to properly perform their respective relationships with the User and pursue their further processing purposes, may share with such parties the personal data provided by the User during the registration or purchase flow. In such cases, Endu will act as a Data Processor appointed, as applicable, by the Organizer, Sports Body, or Third-Party Supplier, in their capacity as Data Controllers, pursuant to Article 28 of EU Regulation 2016/679.
16.5 It is understood that in the cases provided for in the preceding Art. 15.1, letters a), b), and d), the Organizers, Sports Bodies, and Third-Party Suppliers will process the above-mentioned personal data as independent Data Controllers on the basis of their own independent privacy notices and the conditions identified therein. By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the User confirms having read the privacy documentation provided from time to time by the Organizer, Sports Body, and Third-Party Supplier during the registration or purchase flow.
17) Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
17.1 These General Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with Italian law.
17.2 In the event of disputes in any way connected to the relationships governed by these General Terms and Conditions, the Consumer may enforce their rights before the court of the place where they have their residence or elected domicile or, at their choice, before the court of the place where, as applicable, Endu or the Organizer is based. Actions against the Consumer shall be brought before the court of the place where the Consumer has their residence or elected domicile. In all other cases of disputes between a User and Endu, the court of Parma shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
18) Contacts
18.1 For any communication addressed to Endu, the User may use the following contact details or the dedicated channel available in the "Support" section of the Website:

18.2 For communications addressed to the Organizer, Sports Body, or Third-Party Suppliers, the User shall use the respective contact details indicated from time to time by such parties (for example, through the Event Regulations or the Third-Party Supplier's sales terms).
18.3 Communications addressed to the User may be validly sent to the contact details provided by the User during the registration or purchase flow on the Platform.
19) Miscellaneous
19.1 In the event of breach by the User of these General Terms and Conditions, the failure to exercise the right to take action against the User shall never be considered as a waiver of the right to enforce a breach of the commitments undertaken by the User.
19.2 Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be deemed invalid, void, or unenforceable for any reason, such condition shall not affect the validity and effectiveness of the other provisions.
