Marcia Gran Paradiso

MarciaGranParadiso is a cross-country skiing competition, which takes place every year in Cogne, Aosta Valley. This event was born in 1975 thanks to the vision of 10 daring people of Cogne which gave the opportunity to all participants to enjoy the incredible nature and the stunning landscapes of Gran Paradiso National Park. Today MarciaGranParadiso takes place over two days and offers two competitions a race dedicated to the youngest, the so-called Minimarcia, on Saturday, and MarciaGranParadiso Classic, on Sunday, dedicated to adults, with two distances of 40 km (Marathon) and 25 km (Light). From 2016 to 2022 the event was part of the Euroloppet international circuit, while since 2023 it is part of Ski Classics Challengers circuit.
