With its start and finish in Telese Terme, the race crosses the Matese Regional Park and the historic villages of Sannio.
The granfondo offers a 106 km route with 2,050 m of elevation gain, featuring the historic and demanding climb of Bocca della Selva, and a 35 km Cicloturistica route with 600m D+ of elevation gain.
