Marbella Epic Trail

The Marbella Epic Trail is one of the most demanding and spectacular ultra-trail races in Spain, set in the stunning region of Marbella in Andalusia. This is not just a race—it’s a true mountain expedition from the Mediterranean coast into the wild peaks of the Sierra Blanca.

The flagship distance is a brutal 65 km ultra with over 5,000 meters of elevation gain, reserved for experienced trail runners ready for a serious endurance challenge. Starting at sea level, the course quickly leaves the coast behind and climbs deep into the mountains, offering an immediate and continuous test of strength, strategy, and resilience.

Runners explore iconic locations such as the Sierra Blanca range, including technical climbs toward peaks like La Concha and Cerro del Lastonar, with panoramic views over the Mediterranean Sea and the Andalusian coastline.
